2. Faculty-Student Ratio (FSR): Maintenance of optimal 1:10 ratio as mandated by INC & University norms.
3. Faculty Qualification & Experience (FQE): Percentage of permanent faculty holding Ph.D. and M.Sc Nursing degrees.
4. Financial Resources & Utilization (FRU): Operational & capital expenditure spent on labs, library journals, and manikins.
