Grievance Redressal Committee

Devsthali Vidhyapeeth College of Nursing values transparency and accountability. Our dedicated cell ensures fair, structured, and timely resolution of all grievances.

Scope of the Committee

The cell welcomes genuine grievances from students and staff members regarding various academic and institutional aspects, including:

  • Academic Grievances: Issues related to classroom teaching, internal assessment marks, clinical posting schedules, or library resources.
  • Administrative Issues: Difficulties regarding fee submissions, scholarship processing, documentation, or issuance of certificates.
  • Amenities & Facilities: Complaints concerning hostel maintenance, drinking water, computer laboratory access, or transport facilities.
  • Conduct & Discipline: Concerns regarding unfair treatment, harassment, or non-cooperation from any institutional quarter.

Redressal Process & Timeline

We believe in a time-bound and highly systematic approach to ensure that justice and resolution are never delayed.

Day 1-3

Receipt & Acknowledgment

Once a grievance is submitted via the portal, email, or suggestion box, the committee registers it and sends an official acknowledgment receipt.

Day 4-7

Review & Investigation

The committee coordinates with the respective department (e.g., academic coordinator, lab instructor, or hostel warden) to investigate the root cause.

Within 15 Days

Final Hearing & Resolution

A formal meeting is called by the chairperson. The solution or corrective action is officially implemented and communicated to the aggrieved party.
