Anti-Ragging Committee & Squad

What Constitutes Ragging?
As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, ragging encompasses any disorderly conduct whether by words spoken or written, or by an act having the effect of teasing, ill-treating, or handling with rudeness any student:
- Indulging in rowdy or indisciplined activities causing physical or psychological harm.
- Asking junior students to perform acts causing shame, torment, or embarrassment.
- Any act affecting the mental health, self-confidence, or dignity of a student.
- Forced financial extortion, verbal abuse, or forceful tasks inside campus/hostels.
Strict Legal Penalties
Any student found guilty of ragging by the Anti-Ragging Committee will face immediate, non-negotiable disciplinary and legal consequences:
- Immediate suspension from attending classes and academic privileges.
- Withholding of scholarship, fellowship, results, and examination hall tickets.
- Cancellation of admission and immediate expulsion from hostel and college.
- Mandatory FIR lodging with the Police under relevant criminal IPC provisions.

How to Submit National Anti-Ragging Undertaking (Affidavit)
As per UGC / Ministry of Education regulations, every student and their parent must submit an online anti-ragging undertaking annually.
Fill Online Details
Fill in student, parent, college, and course details carefully in the online form.
Receive Reference ID
Submit the form and receive a unique National Anti-Ragging Reference Number via Email/SMS.
Submit Copy to College
Download the signed confirmation copy and submit it to the administrative desk at admission.
