Standard Operating Procedure & Redressal Timeline
Every submitted complaint follows a rigorous, non-biased, and confidential inquiry mechanism defined under national regulations.
Filing of Complaint
Aggrieved person can submit a written or digital complaint within 3 months of the incident to the Presiding Officer.
Conciliation Option
Before initiating formal inquiry, committee may explore conciliation upon specific request of the aggrieved person (no monetary settlement).
Formal Inquiry (≤ 90 Days)
Strict confidential hearings adhering to natural justice. Copy of findings provided to both parties with zero retaliation assurance.
Final Report & Action
Inquiry report submitted to Head of Institution within 10 days of completion, and corrective action executed within 60 days.
