Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)
Devsthali Vidhyapeeth College of Nursing is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment free from any form of harassment or discrimination.
Objectives & Responsibilities
In accordance with the statutory guidelines of the UGC and Indian Nursing Council (INC), the ICC ensures immediate redressal of grievances and maintains zero tolerance towards misconduct.
- Prevention: To create awareness about gender sensitization and prevent sexual harassment on the campus.
- Redressal: To provide a transparent, time-bound, and highly confidential mechanism for resolving complaints.
- Support: To offer emotional and psychological guidance to any aggrieved student or staff member.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Submission
An aggrieved person can submit a written complaint directly to any committee member or mail it securely to the official ICC helpdesk.
Inquiry
The committee initiates a strictly confidential and unbiased inquiry within the stipulated time frame, ensuring fairness to both parties.
Resolution
Based on the findings, the committee submits its official recommendation report to the management/principal for necessary strict actions.
